General Steps
- Welcome and orient the participant to the test environment.
- Explain the purpose: “Testing the product/interface, not YOU.”
- Review informed consent form, including risks and session details.
- Conduct background interview/questionnaire (e.g., age, job role).
- Administer tasks and observe performance.
- Collect quantitative and qualitative data.
- Collect subjective assessments during/after each task.
- Conduct a final interview after all tasks.
